TKD Demo - mini NDP Celebration on 1st Aug 09

Last weekend Saturday, our young warriors had performed a great show to the public at this Old Airport road market carpark. It was a TKD Demo performance by 14 kids from Katong Class.
We were invited by Katong CC to perform a TKD Demo for this mini National Day Parade in Mountbatten organised by the Grassroots organisations there. The Guest of honour for that day is our Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong.


PS: Parents who had taken some photos or video on the Kids' perfomance, we would like to ask from you whether are you able to share it with us. We would like to upload some photos to our website/Blog. We'll be very much appreciated. Thank You. :)

It's time to start your additonal self-training on strength, speed & stamina - running, , sprinting, climbing staircase steps, swimming, kicking, push-up, sit-up, etc... and Go for extra class training if possible.

July 09 Grading Result is out!!!

Congratulation to ALL Raiders, you had done well for the last Grading in July 09. The result is out, we had achieved 100% passing rate with one double promotion (Joseph Kau from Katong Class). In additonal, we had another two new Senior Black Belt 1st DAN - Jansen Kwok (Rivervale CC) & Benny Ho (The Garden). And.. Last but not least, Our Baoling Mdm had passed her 3rd DAN too!!!

Continue to train hard and set your next goal... :)

PA-STF Championships 2009 - POSTPONED!!!

All Raiders, especially those are involves in this tournament.

This evening, we had been informed by PA (People's Association) that this coming weekend PA-STF Championships had been POSTPONED till further notice.

The participation fee will be refunded, pls wait for Baoling Mdm to process it with STF office.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused in such a short notice. See you after next week Grading Break... :)

GRADING Break announcement

Raiders,

Due to upcoming PA-STF tournament tight schedule, we'll postpone this coming Grading break to 2nd week after the Grading on 5th July 09.

Detail as shown below:

SBW Zone ‘K’ RC Centre (Wednesday Class)
There will be a grading break on 15th July 2009, thus no lesson on this day and we will resume on 22nd July 2009.

Katong CC (Thursday Class)
There will be a grading break on 16th July 2009, thus no lesson on this day and we will resume on 23rd July 2009.


The Jelutung CC (Saturday Class)
There will be no lesson on 4th July 09 (Due to Senior Grading) and 11th July 2009 (due to PA-STF Tournament) and grading break on 18th July 2009, thus no lesson on this day and we will resume lesson on 25th July 2009.


Rivervale CC, Blk 193 (Sunday Class)
There will be no lesson on 12th July 2009 (due to PA-STF Tournament) and grading break on 19th July 2009, thus no lesson on this day and we will resume lesson on 26th July 2009.

Grading Venue : Yio Chu Kang Sports Hall
Estimated Return Time: 12.30pm to 1.00pm (From Yio Chu Kang Sports Hall)
Attire to Wear : Club Tee Shirt & Gi Pant
Attire to Bring : Gi Top, Belt, Guards (for Green Belt and above only) & Water Bottle

BUS-A
Meeting Time : 8.30am SBW Zone ‘K’ RC Centre
Meeting Time : 8.30am at The Jelutung CC

BUS-B
Meeting Time : 8.00am at Rivervale CC, Blk 193
Meeting Time : 8.30am at Katong CC

Please arrive early at least 5min before the meeting time.

Due to the limited number of seats for the bus transport, we seek the kind understanding of all parents that only 1 adult is allowed to accompany the students who are age 7years and below.

You may want to give him / her some pocket money to purchase snacks & drinks from the Sports Hall. Please do not allow them to bring valuables as any lost items are solely at their own risk.

Students, who are not taking the transport and wish to go to the Sports Hall on their own, please assemble at the Main Entrance of the Sports Hall by 9.00am sharp.
