Unarmed Combat Programme (Level 2)

The Unarmed Combat Programme (Level 2) will be held from 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 and 17 July 2011 at the STF National Training Centre.  For the timings and other details, please see the attached course outline at this STF official URL.

Interested Trainees please register with Mdm ASAP.    

Note: Participants for this course need the prerequisite of the Unarmed Combat Level-1.

Another new qualified Poomsae Coach for Raiders

Congratulation to Benny Teo. He had attended the recent Poomsae Coach Coarse and had passed the test -- now a qualified Poomsae Coach.

Notice for Rivervale CC: No Taekwondo class on 26th June 11

Parents and Students of Rivervale CC, Please be informed that there will be no lesson on 26^th June 2011 (Sunday). This is due to the upcoming National Poomsae Championships.

Lessons will resume with effect from 3^rd July’2011. We would like to highlight that all cancelled lessons are not taken into consideration as part of the 12 lessons term. We will fulfill 12 lessons to complete the term.

STF had published the Unarmed combat Level-1 result today. Congratulation to All Raiders trainees who had attended this course - All of you had PASSED!!!

July 2011 Grading @ Toa Payoh

To All Raiders and Parents, for those going for this coming Grading, please take note that the date is 17th July 2011 (Sunday) - 3rd Sunday of July and the Venue is at TOA PAYOH SPORTS HALL.

For those Senior Brown and Black Belt going for 1st Dan Black and higher Dan level, your Grading date is on 16th July 2011 (Saturday) .
