Katong CC - Kids' Fitness Day
On 8th Nov Sunday, there was a morning activities "Fitness @ Katong CC" for children, and TaeKwonDo is one of the activities. Guest-of-Honour for this event is Snr Minister GOH CHOK TONG.

Info on Next Grading : Interview Questions for Candidates
TAKE NOTE!!!
Those who be going for your Black or Poom belt Grading from Jan 2010 onward, pls take note of the new requirement stated below.
Extract from Official STF website:
"all red 1 (senior and junior) and 1st and 2nd poom and dan candidates will be required to be interviewed immediately after their practical tests from the January 2010 grading. All candidates must pass this new requirement to qualify for promotion"

Training Cancelled for Thurs & Sat Class
Please take note that this coming Thurs (29th Oct) Katong CC class training is cancelled due to the MPH is under-going the floor renovation work.
And same for Jelutung CC this Saturday (31st Oct), cancellation is due to CC activity event.
Wednesday & Sunday classes will continue as usual.

Oct'09 Grading Result is out!!!
All Raiders who went for 4th Oct 09 Centralised Grading... YOU ALL HAD PASSED!!!
This time round, we had one White-Belt student obtained Double-Promotion - He is from Sat Class - Jelutung CC - Aw Zhi Kuan!!!
In addition, Jelutung CC has another new Senior Black Belt 1st DAN - Angela Ang!!!
Congratulation to ALL!!! :)
But, based on the feedback Grading Examiner, there are few of you need to further brush-up your stances & executions. Especially those Green-Belt and above, pls take note of this else your next Grading may not be so easy...

3rd Oct 09 (Sat): Senior Brown 1 & above
- Only Amanda Ang & Angela Ang will be going for their Senior Brown to Black Belt 1st Dan.
4th Oct 09 (Sun): All grades except Senior Brown 1 & above
Meeting Time for each Class who are taking the Bus to Toa Payoh Sport Hall:

Sembawang Zone 'K' RC 9:00am
Jelutung CC 9:15am
Rivervale CC 9:00am
Katong CC 9:20am
Students, who are not taking the transport and wish to go to the Sports Hall on their own, please assemble at the Main Entrance of the Sports Hall by 10.00am sharp.
Attire to Wear: Club Tee Shirt & Gi Pant
Attire to Bring: Gi Top, Belt, Guards (for Green Belt and above only) & Water Bottle
- Take note to all Students who are going for Grading, it is your responsibility to ensure that you had packed and bring along your Attire on the that important day. If you forgotten to bring your Belt or Gi Top, you may not allowed to take the Grading. Common reason given by those who forgotten to bring - "... because My Dad/Mum/maid never bring...". This is not a good reason, it is you who are taking the test and you must check and ensure before coming out from your house. I believe our Raiders' students can do it and wish you All the Best for the Grading... :)
