38th National Taekwondo Kyorugi Championships

STF had announced that this year Kyorugi Championship is on 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th of September.

If you are interested to participate this championship, you may seek our Poh Ling Mdm's advise and obtain her approval. The application form and fee (S$20 pax) must be submitted to Mdm before 1st Aug 2011.

Details on Grading Break dates:

SBW zone "K" RC: grading break on 20^th July 2011, will resume on 27^th July 2011

Katong CC:              grading break on 21^st July 2011, will resume on 28^th July 2011

Garden @ bishan:   grading break on 22^nd July 2011, will resume on 29^th July 2011
Jelutung CC:            grading break on 23^rd and 30^th July 2011, will resume on 6^th Aug 2011
Rivervale CC:          grading break on 24^th and 31^st July 2011, will resume on 7^th Aug 2011

Students, who are not taking the transport and wish to go to the Sports Hall on their own, please assemble at the Main Entrance of the Sports Hall by 8:30am sharp.

Gentle Reminder: Groin guard is Compulsory for sparring. Green belt and above who are going for July 2011 Grading, all must have your groin guard and wear it inside dobok pant during sparring session. This applied to all Black/Poom helpers who are involved the sparring partner.
