Details on Grading & CNY Break dates:

The break start after the Grading from 20th Jan 2014 till 14th Feb 2014

SBW zone "K" RC: Class will resume on 19th Feb 2014

Katong CC:  Class will resume on 20th Feb 2014

Garden @ bishan: Class will resume on 21st Feb 2014

Canberra CC: Class will resume on 15th Feb 2014

Rivervale CC: Class will resume on 16th Feb 2014

Attire to Wear   : Club Tee Shirt and Dobok Pant
Attire to Bring   : Dobok Top, Belt, *Sparring Guards (for Green Belt and above only) and Water Bottle
                             *Sparring Guards - Forearm, Shin and Groin guards only.

Students, who are not taking the transport and wish to go to the Sports Hall on their own, please assemble at the Main Entrance of the Sports Hall by 8am sharp.

Unarmed Combat Course (Level 1) for Poom and Black Belts

Here is the detail info on this upcoming Unarmed Combat Course (Level 1).

Will be conducted on 8, 9 and 15 February 2014 at the STF National Training Centre for poom and black belt holders.

Saturday 8 February 2014 (5.00pm to 8.00pm) 

Sunday 9 February 2014 (2.30pm to 5.30pm) 

Saturday 15 February 2014 (2.30pm onwards)
