3rd National Poomsae Championships

To those selected Raiders, pls fill up the given Entry form and return to Mdm by next week classes not later then Friday (22nd May 09).

The competition has three categories: Individual, Pair (Male & Female) and Team (3 males or 3 female per team)

Participation Fees: $10 per person for each participate category. E.g If you have participated both Individual & Team, then your fee will be $20.
