Those who be going for your Black or Poom belt Grading from Jan 2010 onward, pls take note of the new requirement stated below.
Extract from Official STF website:
"all red 1 (senior and junior) and 1st and 2nd poom and dan candidates will be required to be interviewed immediately after their practical tests from the January 2010 grading. All candidates must pass this new requirement to qualify for promotion"

All are encourage to read thru the interview questions to have a better understanding on the requirement, and you start think about it... to be prepare when time to come. Sir/Mdm may ask you the question anytime during training... Ha.. Ha... :)
