Start to condition your body fitness and train harder this week... Do extra training your own time -like some running, climbing staircase, knee raising, foot work etc... Two to Three day before tournament, need to stop all intensive training - just relax and rest... wait for the Day to come... :)
Take Note: Do monitor your weight closely, stay within your weight category...
