This year National Poomsae Championship will be held on 25th and 26th June 2011 at Yio Chu Kang Sports Hall.

Interested trainee who wish to participate, you may let Mdm/Sir know and will advise you in details. The submission deadline is by end May 2011, therefore interested Trainee need to decide asap.
If you wish to know your current grade's Poomsae, you may learn it in advance at your own leisure time from our Poomsae Link. This way will enhance your learning pace and we'll fine-tune the poomsae execution during class training.
