STF's Course: Unarmed Combat Course (Level 2)

Those who are planning to go for your Grading promotion from 2nd Poom/Dan to 3rd Poom/Dan, you are encourage to take up this course. Upon passing the exam of this course, you'll be exempted from Self-defence component. 

The Unarmed Combat Course (Level 2) will be held on 18, 19, 25 & 26 May 2013 at the STF National Training Centre.
